If your company is growing, chances are you need support in strategy, culture and operations. I’ve worked with founders of venture backed (including YC) and bootstrapped businesses across varying industries in B2B and SaaS environments (including AI products).

 

Through my engagements, I’ve grown teams 3x, supported mission critical projects, and navigated many pivots with change management. From a front row perspective, I’ve learned that founders have the hardest jobs with ever-expanding scope. This made me start my company. Founders need skilled generalists they can trust and rely on to support them and lead some of the varying demands of their roles. In the early stages of a business there are specific challenges that founders and their orgs face that I help with.

I founded FlowCos, as a way to enhance founders' capabilities, ensuring they can focus on growth without compromising on operational efficiency. As a fractional professional, I give my best to each client and act with the full conviction that a full-time team member would.
